1. Do you offer any gift wrapping or gift card services?


We don't currently offer any gift wrapping or gift card services when sending your order as a gift, other than our free, standard gift message that is printed on the internal documents. However, both gift wrapping and gift cards will be something we will be trialling in the near future.


2. Can you provide me with valuations for selling or insurance purposes?

Unfortunately, we are unable to give valuations for any purposes for products manufactured by ourselves. We suggest you contact your local antiques dealer to obtain a valuation.


3. Can you help me identify a product or pattern?

Due to our small team of Customer Care advisors we don't always get the chance to search for products or patterns through back-catalogues or are unable to provide the information requested within required timeframes. May we suggest you try the following sites for more information before contacting us:

4. Where can I buy discontinued items for my collection?

We tend only to have excess stock of recently (within the last 2 years) discontinued items within the Outlet section on this site when available at different times during the year - sign up to our Newsletter at the bottom of this page to be informed when our online Outlet is next available. Stock of older patterns or products may be available from our Outlet Store in Stoke-on-Trent (+420 601 120 907 (8am to 11pm GMT, Monday to Friday)), alternatively you can try Replacements.com or search for other replacement crystal or collectable services online.
